What We Do    
General role and Objectives:

Employment Accords:
To develop, coordinate and implement employment or contraction accords with industry and governments.

Labour Force Data Centre:
To establish and maintain a First Nations Labour Force and entrepreneurial (contractors) inventories.

Job and Contract Referrals/Call Centre:
Provide a job referral and contact candidate to industry. This would involve contacts with individuals and First Nations to ensure linkages with job and contract opportunities, in addition serve as a call center for contacts by First Nations workers/tradesmen as well as small business employers.

Skill Training Forecasting:
Based on employment accords and industry, plans, identify training priorities for use by the TTI and other First Nation institutions

Employment Support Services:
Planning, Negotiate and coordinate employer and employee support service including transportation, crew management, job readiness courses, job-site monitoring, work counseling, etc

Employer of Record:
Where required, serve as the employer for First Nation workers in order to facilitate apprenticeship training agreements, employment insurance, and the readiness of employers to utilize First Nations workers via a more stable arrangement for labour supply.

Communications and promotion:
Fulfill a targeted communications function to promote the company as well as to promote the interests of both employers and the First Nations’ labour force.
